Jon has spent his 35 year career in the financial world with several roles in the tax arena, banking, and the last ten years with Prudential Advisors.

​Jon grew up in South-Central IL, then attended Quincy University studying history and political science.  He moved to Springfield, during which time he developed a love for the area and decided to make it home. 

​

Jon and his wife Lisa settled in the Auburn area after marriage and raised two daughters there.  The girls grew up with a service mentality and are nurses working at Memorial Hospital.  Jon and Lisa love to travel, and this trait was passed down.  You can often catch the entire family hiking up some mountain or lounging on a beach in a remote island location.

In his personal life, Jon continues to help others.  Through the years he has held various volunteer and elected positions in entities including the Library Board and his Church.  Jon has also been involved in youth sports for many years.
